Ali Rohani, with the help of Jen Kashatus, Dane Sessions and Salma Sharmin, has created a new suite of tools to enable high-throughput analysis of mitochondrial morphology from multi-cell confocal images. This new set of tools, described in this publication in Scientific Reports, has an easy to use semi-graphical interface and can be installed from our Github page. Congrats Ali!
